  柴油润滑油改进剂(抗磨剂)背景

  Background of Diesel Oil Improver (Antiwear Agent)

  自1990年代初以来,柴油精制程度的提高,低硫含量较高的需求,许多国家对柴油机高压油泵和喷油器故障事故的快速磨损,如瑞典、加拿大和美国的部分地区,大规模的燃料泵故障,泵的粘着磨损,然后泵的性能迅速下降,不能使用。这些泵的故障给人们敲响了警钟,人们逐渐意识到柴油润滑开始下降。

  Since the early 1990s, with the improvement of diesel oil refining and the high demand for low sulphur content, many countries have been experiencing rapid wear and tear of high-pressure oil pumps and injectors in diesel engines. For example, in parts of Sweden, Canada and the United States, large-scale fuel pump failures, sticking wear and tear of pumps, and then the performance of pumps has rapidly declined and can not be used. The failure of these pumps sounded an alarm bell, and people gradually realized that diesel oil lubrication began to decline.

  在柴油中,主要是多环芳烃(pahs)、氧杂质、氮杂质和硫化合物影响其抗磨润滑性。柴油的润滑性取决于抗磨物质的含量。多环芳烃和氮化合物具有良好的抗磨效果,而硫化物不抗磨,反而促进磨损。然而,柴油中的硫化物大多以杂环的形式存在于芳香族和多环芳香族碳氢化合物中。因此,20世纪初,由于硫化物对环境的严重污染,大力提倡柴油硫化物的去除,同时也开展了对具有润滑性能的芳香族和多环芳香族碳氢化合物以及其他具有润滑性能的组分的去除。因此,使用柴油的发动机随着硫含量的降低而磨损,从而缩短了它们的使用寿命。因此,提高低硫柴油的耐磨性成为亟待研究的重要课题。

  In diesel oil, mainly polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (pahs), oxygen impurities, nitrogen impurities and sulfur compounds affect its wear resistance and lubricity. The lubricity of diesel depends on the content of antiwear substances. Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and nitrogen compounds have good wear resistance, while sulfides do not, on the contrary, promote wear. However, most sulfides in diesel exist in aromatic and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in the form of heterocycles. Therefore, in the early 20th century, due to the serious environmental pollution caused by sulfides, the removal of diesel sulfides was vigorously advocated. At the same time, the removal of aromatic and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons with lubricating properties and other components with lubricating properties was also carried out. Therefore, diesel engines wear down with the decrease of sulfur content, thus shortening their service life. Therefore, improving the wear resistance of low-sulfur diesel oil has become an important subject to be studied urgently.

  低硫柴油的润滑问题可以从两个方面来解决:

  1. 分析了发动机油泵故障原因,改进了发动机设计;

  1. The causes of engine oil pump failure are analyzed, and the engine design is improved.

  2. 通过添加抗磨添加剂来解决这个问题。

  由于发动机设备改造项目成本高、时间长,国外石油公司主要通过添加抗磨剂来提高柴油的润滑性,减少设备的损耗。添加抗磨剂提高柴油的润滑性是目前最经济有效的方法。

  Because of the high cost and long time of the engine equipment renovation project, foreign oil companies mainly increase the lubricity of diesel oil by adding antiwear additives and reduce the loss of equipment. Adding antiwear agent to improve lubricity of diesel oil is the most economical and effective method at present.

  我国加入WTO后,油品市场进一步开放,柴油的质量必须符合国际标准。因此,自2007年7月1日起,国家实施了相当于欧IV的标准,柴油正向超低硫、低芳烃方向发展。因此,研究高效、低毒、具有良好应用价值的抗磨剂,预防柴油机磨损已成为国内低硫柴油发展的必然趋势。

Therefore, since July 1, 2007, the country has implemented the Euro IV equivalent standard, diesel is developing towards ultra-low sulfur and low aromatic hydrocarbons. Therefore, it has become an inevitable trend for the development of low sulfur diesel in China to study high efficiency, low toxicity and good application value of antiwear agents to prevent diesel engine wear.
